Skymera is committed to protecting your privacy. Because Skymera lets you share content with other people, this Privacy Policy explains what is shared, how it is used, and the choices you have.
1. Information You Share
Skymera lets you share flight routes with other people. When you save or share a route, the following are uploaded to a public shared gallery (built on Apple CloudKit) and become visible to all other users:
- the route name and the flight path you drew
- your chosen display name
- your memo
- your country
Please do not include anything you are not willing to make public.
2. Your Identifier
A pseudonymous identifier derived from your iCloud account is attached to content you post so that you can manage and delete your own posts.
3. Interactions
Likes and downloads are recorded and associated with that identifier.
4. Content Moderation & Deletion
You can delete your own shared routes at any time. We may remove content that violates our guidelines.
5. Advertising & Analytics
We do not use any third-party advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting services. The app does not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) and does not track you across other apps or websites.
6. App Information Requests
The app may download a public list of our other apps and their icons from our website. These requests send no personal information about you.
7. User-Generated Content & Consent
This app contains user-generated content that is shared publicly with other users. By posting, you confirm that you have the right to share that content and consent to it being shown to other people. Do not post content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you are not willing to make public.
8. Data Security
We are committed to protecting any data the app handles. Please be aware, however, that no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page, and changes are effective once posted. You are advised to review this page periodically.
